    Yes. You may submit a report anonymously if you prefer. You are not required to provide personal or identifying information at any stage of the reporting process.  

  • Will my identity be protected?  

    Yes. If you choose to disclose your identity, it will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be revealed without your consent, unless disclosure is required by applicable laws, regulations, or official orders.  

  • Am I protected from retaliation if I report in good faith?

    Yes. Individuals who submit reports in good faith and on reasonable grounds are protected against any form of retaliation, including dismissal, demotion, disciplinary action, or other adverse consequences, even if the report is not substantiated.  

  • What support can I expect if my case requires further action?

    If disclosure of your identity becomes legally necessary, the Company will inform you in advance and may provide appropriate support, such as guidance or legal assistance, to help protect your rights and interests.
